Welcome to Olenik Vineyards Wine Club. We are, in every sense of the word, a boutique winery with a primary focus on growing and producing small lots of both beautiful Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. We’re very proud of our Dundee Hills vineyard and remain committed to showcasing wines that reflect the most beautiful expression of the vineyard and nuances of vintage variations. HARVEST CLUB

Members of the Olenik Vineyards Wine Club will be entitled to:

• 6 bottles of Olenik Estate wines, 2x per year. (*Owner will select current releases of OV Pinot Noirs & Chardonnays).

• ** NOTE: Rosé not an option in 1 case offer, however, Rosé when available, may be purchased at HC Member’s discount & same flat rate shipping rates.

• 15% off all future wine purchases, and OV merchandise.

• Shipping: Spring; March – May & Fall; Sept. – Oct.

• $30 flat rate, ground shipping of 6 bottles in Continental U.S. 1- & 2-Day Air; winery can ship & bill for air upgrade.

• HC Members will be notified of ship dates. If Member elects to add wines, to their current 6-bottle shipment, Member to notify winery no later than 7 days prior to shipping date.

• Complimentary tasting experiences 2x per year for HC Club member & 2 guests; 4 people total. Member’s guests will be entitled to receive Member’s 15% discount on purchases at time of tasting experience. *UPS Ground rate for 6+ bottles.

TERROIR CLUB

Members of the Olenik Vineyards Wine Club will be entitled to:

• 12 bottles of Olenik Estate wines, 2x per year (*Owner will select from current releases of Pinot Noirs, Chardonnays & offer options for several of our Library wines).

• **NOTE: Rosé not an option in 2 case offer, however, Rosé when available, may be purchased at TC Member’s discount & same flat rate shipping rates.

• 20% off all future wine purchases, and OV merchandise.

• Shipping: Spring; March – May, Fall; Sept. – Nov.

• $30 flat rate, ground shipping of 12 bottles in Continental U.S. 1- & 2-Day Air; winery can ship & bill for air upgrade.

• TC Members will be notified of ship dates. If Member elects to add wines, to their current 12-bottle shipment, we request Member to please notify Winery no later than 7 days prior to shipping date. Member has the option to request all Red or all White wine program.

• Complimentary tasting experiences for Members and their guests, up to 6 people total. Member’s guests will be entitled to receive Member’s 20% discount on purchases at the time of tasting experience. *UPS Ground rate for 6+ bottles.

*Founders CLUB

The first 30 Wine Club Members, who enroll in the Terroir Club, prior to opening of Olenik Vineyards Tasting Room, will be our OV Founding Members.

TC Member’s 20% discounts, shipping rates and related benefits will apply; however, Founding Members will be entitled to experience VIP privileges during tasting room visits, including, but not limited to owner’s choice of personally, prepared food selections; charcuterie boards, flatbread pizzas, etc. to complement a curated tasting experience. And our OV Founding Members will receive an invitation to attend the Grand Opening at OV Tasting Room, when it opens, projected to be Spring/Summer 2023. Hope to see you there! 

Wine Club notes

• All Club Members will receive notice of closeout seasonal specials on all Olenik Estate Wines; some offers may include Free or reduced UPS or Fed/Ex fees if the wines ship within Continental U.S. If members require an upgrade, 1-& 2-Day Air options are available at cost of required service chosen.
  

• All Club Members are entitled to purchase wines to be shipped to a family member, friend or associate provided they are at least 21 years of age and reside in a State where alcohol shipments are permitted.

• All Club Members will be invited to experience the recent vintage resting in barrel and order wine Futures at that time. Futures discounts, TBD, are offered for a limited time only. Members who purchase wines as futures will be invited to pick up their purchases and taste the finished wines as we pair them food selections to complement the release.
  

• We encourage all Club Members to visit the Willamette Valley, Oregon’s premier wine region and please schedule your visit at our vineyard and tasting room. This intimate view provides you, our members, with a sense of place; where we work and where beautiful wines are created. And, most importantly, what our vineyards’ location contributes to making our Estate wines noticeably different from other Oregon Pinot Noirs.
  

• Lastly, we welcome referrals, so if you enjoy our wines and the Olenik Vineyards experience, please tell a friend! When you refer family or friends who become a new Wine Club Member, we want to show our appreciation by presenting you with an Olenik Vineyards Estate Cuvee gift box. We will ship your gift when they place their first order. And please email or call us to let us know you sent them our way! We appreciate the gesture.
